Green Vegetables are also known as Leaf Vegetables. Their color defines them; they are green in color. They have numerous health benefits and high nutritious value. Some green vegetables can be cooked or otherwise can be taken as a raw vegetable. They are great for adding to salads. Green plants play a significant role in controlling diseases. Green vegetables include spinach, kale, beet greens, bok choy, watercress, Broccoli, endive, etc. They are fresh, bright, and beautiful.

A microgreen is an essential green vegetable that is from 1 to 3 inches long. Microgreens come in various textures. They have many families like the Cucurbitaceae family, the Asteraceae family, the Brassicaceae family, etc. They are rich in nutrients and provide many health benefits as other green vegetables do. They are useful for preventing heart diseases. Diabetic patients must take it. The properties of microgreens reduce the effects of the cancer cell. The antioxidant content in microgreens is helpful for Alzheimer’s disease. Microgreens are often used in sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc. It is also added in smoothies or juices sometimes. Many people grow this vegetable at home, which saves from purchasing it from the market.
